What’s snobby about finding certain types of car driver tedious? Just to clarify, the type I’m referring to are those who seem to think they have a divine right to drive and park where they like.

People have been traveling in their numbers to Brighton for decades if not centuries. I can’t see a car ban changing this significantly.

Most councils use the money raised from parking fines etc to fund public transport initiatives. I presume Brighton is no different. Maybe these same initiatives can be funded directly from increased usage as opposed to indirectly via fines? The centre of Brighton is a total mess with the...
