I agree about loving Brighton. My favourite town/city. However the public transport would need to improve significantly and become more affordable for this idea to work. You come across as a very snobbish socialist.

We put up with an awesome service from southern rail due to the fact we love the Albion. Not sure people love Brighton, the town, enough, to warrant the inconvenience.
