I've thought this. I've been homeless, proper homeless before. I could evade them, but would it make good telly, eating out of bins, begging (I didn't beg, I busked) and drinking yourself to sleep? I suppose it would but that's a different genre, poverty porn. Maybe there could be a crossover...
