I guess the club rightly let CH take a lead on this given it was initially on pitch incidents, concerned his player and because of his years of Kick It Out campaigning.
Agree about the transparency re: incidents like this.
PS: The defence of Bong and public criticism of the booing, abuse and disappointment at the incident by Hughton ( he called the Burnley boos "shameful") and others has been consistent and vocal from the club.

My point from earlier about transparency still stands. Agree that privacy is important here and some duty of care to the individual involved but complete lack...
This is where the club could do better. NSC , for example, has a moderators thread explaining promptly if and why users are suspended/banned and for how long, which is transparent and helps other users understand boundaries.
I'd recommend they offer more details as to why / how they determined...
The club introduced the besmirching clause and specified specifically “conduct on social media” a while ago.
