'Interestingly' (no, not really) someone else is picking up the batton and sending tweets about cyrille regis. Not sent to the club though - wonder what the response will be this time, and the next and so on.
Yes I know. What I was intimating is that sitting back all nice and cozy and letting the club do what they want/how they want and finding reasons why it is all OK can develop into the mess that we once had. I don't believe for a minute that Tony will suddenly turn and start ripping the heart...
Nothing was done by those clubs, I guess they were fortunate in that instance that they don't support snowflake fc. Meanwhile the call for raucous support will continue whilst encouraging people to come that complain over clapping that is too loud (one complaint that I received believe it or not)
Not what I meant but can see it looks a little like that. Better expressed as BHAFC taking a line that is completely different to any other club. Perhaps that doesn't make it wrong, perhaps in 20 years time the next iteration of snowflaking will result in all football clubs being like this...
So it was the tweet I thought it was. It's a struggle to understand what he meant, its even more of a struggle to take such offense to. The guy complaining was asking what was meant by the tweet, which suggests that it was pretty bloody hard to understand. Totally over the top reaction and a...
Agreed. Pointless and unhelpful to continue with guess work but I guess that is what happens with statements such as the one made by the club.
I'm going to shut up now. Barber in!

Difficult to know for sure in this case without the details I guess but I'm sure you understand where I'm coming from. If someone is associating themselves with the club by saying they're a supporter whist expressing views that the club don't like is that bringing the club into disrepute or is...
Do people get banned from pubs for their views expressed on social media? Do theatres ban people for their behaviour when driving or shopping?
Action for incidents happening at the venue (pub, stadium, theatre) is understandable.

No, not at all. Was making the point that posts on nsc have been followed up previously. Was not meant to infer any knowledge at all of the person that was banned. Just making the point that such risks of posting on nsc aren't at all new.

A relief it it wasn't the one I mentioned. That would have been utterly ridiculous even for the modern day bhafc.
How do you know this out of interest? Club statement doesn't say that.

Just saw this post, that was what I thought it may be too. The kid deleted the post immediately it seems. Totally over the top reaction imo. Education, warnings etc fine but we seem to absolutely love banning people. Very sad state of affairs.

There was a Twitter post that was very vague but mentioned the name of a certain iconic wba player from the past. Someone took offence, saw offence in it and started a quest. They write to bha and wba demanding action but the post was so utterly vague that it was hard to find any offence in it...
