I follow Amanda Jacks the caseworker for the FSF on Twitter (@fsffaircop). She posted about a fan banned by Sheffield Utd recently for bringing the club into disrepute on social media.
I heard the words on the video as well as seeing it. It went a lot further than just burning an effigy, mocking the people crying for help, whilst it was burning also bringing their skin colour into it.
As for police time, as mentioned elsewhere in this thread, a couple of hours collecting...
