There is a case for saying those two were unprofessional there and that TNT should not have published.
On the other hand, it is the correct reaction to such a suggestion.
The tits up the '23 were getting semis at the prospect of this prat knocking us out of Europe. They had a point. 'Gala' were well in charge when prat gets subbed on. 3 goals against later and they're out.
Well, somebody wanted him after all. Not quite the level he hoped for but he's broken free at last. Fingers crossed he doesn't get homesick this time.
Quite funny that they were confident he'd not sign elsewhere and rejoin them. I hope he stringed them along as a way of sticking two fingers...
That's utter bullshit (strong interest) isn't it? Gossip spreads and no clubs are being fingered from what I can see. Fair play to his agent for trying to stir up any level of interest mind.
Speaking to a decent Palace fan the other day and he wants Dibley gone. Firstly it is probably best...
If Beaky has any sense, he'll withdraw that offer (if the report is true) and commit the funds to 3 or 4 up and coming players. Dibley is yesterday's man.
Speak for yourself.
Did some rotter put superglue in his shampoo?
Anyway, not long left for Beaky to generate some income off him. He'd better not be too badly injured.
Poor bloke, he will believe himself free in July, then Stockholm syndrome will kick in and he'll sign another contract there.
Well I disagree.
Nobody wants Dibley and Beaky wants too much anyway. Beaky will bottle it and do a 'Benteke' on him - fear he will come good elsewhere, so offer him a new contract on less money on the basis of 'this or nothing'. And Dibley will take it.
Can anyone think of a bigger prat in the EFL than Dibley? That's his transfer blocker, right there
Beaky should have swallowed the ManUre sell on, that he sanctioned anyway, and let him go. History would have repeated itself and they'd resigned him at a bargain price again soon enough.
