Agreed! If we'd played the second half like we played the last bit of extra time we wouldn't have had a problem.

England doing it (if they finally do) the hard way - all eleven in our own half. Edit: Never fails, does it? - pulling everybody back to preserve a lead, all the team behind the ball and soaking up (and allowing!) the pressure. I can't think why every other team doesn't do it............
