How would this proposed route isolate Binsted?
Binsted failed to put themselves behind Route 3, which pushed the 5a route into play. The campaign was for an offline bypass not an expansion of the route already splitting the town in two, so for most it was either 3 or 5 a.

Absolutely, the current Arundel Relief Road isn't coping and causing unnecessary pollution and increasing journey times whilst also serving to force people to rat run and use routes through our Downsland towns, villages and hamlets, such as Storrington, Houghton and many others

That said, of course, this has been rolling on for 30 years now .... meanwhile the only people it suits is those who prefer to do nothing but fail to come up with solutions to a very obvious problem...
