As a leaver I kind of agree with you. My concern is that have previous elections / referendums been re-run when the Commission has found wrong doing ? And, most importantly of all in my view, there would need to be some material proof that the illegal actions actually had an affect on the result.
But if it isn't just a straight 'side with the most votes wins' then some people's votes end up being worth more than others. Hardly very fair regardless of what is being voted on.
And if that referendum swings slightly towards stay it will be OK for people like me to push for a third referendum and so on and so on ? How many are we making this the best of ?
Of course you're allowed to ask the question. Move on from the Brexit vote ? Yes. It happened - get over it. Move on from asking questions about how politics can be influenced by third parties - hell no.
