[Albion] ESU and WSU open for Coventry game

I think my only criticism is not aimed at those who are annoyed, because I can understand that, it is more the lack of understanding, and in some cases really harsh criticism of the club. I think they were in the proverbial rock and a hard place. You want to sell out all your lower tier tickets...

[Albion] ESU and WSU open for Coventry game

I've not seen a financially prudent alternative to what they have chosen to do. Had they had to staff more stands early at a risk, I'd expect ticket prices may have needed to be raised. I imagine the maths are fairly simple, to steward and staff upper tier X is going to cost us £A. If we don't...

[Albion] ESU and WSU open for Coventry game

Not just the Palace game though, last season in the 4th round we had MK Dons, I think the tickets were £10? you got 15-20 loyalty points and 11k turned up. Where were all these miffed ST holders and their precious own seats then?

[Albion] ESU and WSU open for Coventry game

I think the club have played this pretty well. If the lower stands had flown out of the ticket office, then they could have released the upper tiers much earlier, but they didn't. All this fuss about ST holders being upset about sitting their own seats, its one game, enjoy being in a different...

[Albion] ESU and WSU open for Coventry game

You don't have to log on for each individual, you can do it through your own account, when you select the tickets you just allocate each one from your basket, all you needed were their FAN no.s and postcodes and you'd have all got 10 loyalty points each, not just you.

Oh come off it, the ST holders that were queuing down the street for most of the cup ties we've had since the Amex opened other than when its been PL opposition!? Enjoy the game from whatever seat people end up with, change is as good as a holiday. Blimey.
