I've been told a lot of the delay is due to Levy himself changing things. Reconfiguring cables and ducting in the car park so his parking space isn't affected by them for example.

Asked a friend very much in the know (can't say how, but trust me), his answer 'No chance! I think they are still pretending so Levy doesn't break our knee caps'
