He was withdrawn from his Israel friendly on Tuesday as a "precaution". Due to a "thigh strain" .But club think it's minor and are "confident" about his availability for Saturday.

The BBC and the Argus , who are in Italy, or have spoken to Hemed via the club or The Israel camp are reporting this injury as a "minor" thigh strain.
