Years ago I used to work on a concierge desk in a large hotel in Jersey, and I would sometimes get asked by businessmen for an 'extra pillow'. Naively, I would happily send housekeeping round with an additional head rest. Once I realised what they meant I used to give them my mates phone numbers.
