Sounds like a con to me. I had a monthly Direct Debit based subscription and in the email I was sent back in April was assured that my subscription would continue and I would be charged the same amount.
Now I find that my subscription has 'expired' and the only option is to go to the club...
I'm still paying by monthly DD but when I tried to login earlier, I got a message saying I needed to contact support or follow the 'forgotten password' link.
I tried the password route first but never got the expected email from them (yes I checked Spam & junk mail etc).
