So why cant the authorities over ride the vilians deeds as they have more resources.than them.

WIth all the knowledge available on here nobody has been able to say that they cannot do it because and give logical reason. I would have thought for prisons etc they could put a scrambler 20 yds from the wall so that they would not go over the wall and for airports put a height restriction...

If that is the case why are they such a problem shouldnt there be a system to stop them operating or make the manufacturers restrict the height that they can fly at or whatever.
