Given your line of work, I'd be interested in your views on Facebook usage on mental health and happiness, as I know there have been studies that suggest coming away from the platform can make people happier.
(That's not why I've largely withdrawn from it, however.)
I've gradually regressed from social media generally.
I do have a Twitter account and did so from pretty early on - before anyone else I know - but I don't look at it from one week to the next any more and post very infrequently. I will often jump onto Twitter when there is a high profile news...
