I have just a tiny bit of sympathy for her......I've heard numerous people use the phrase back in the day, and sure I have myself (albeit not personally for maybe 25 years or more). It's difficult to completely erase such things from your vocabulary and even if they're completely inappropriate...
Don't recall seeing any at all ! It's not just the parties though - I reckon 90% of what was showing up on my feed GE related was pro-Labour or at least anti-tory. I would think my FB 'friends' are pretty much an even split, so can deduce the blue ones remained very quiet relative to those on...
Spot on. Facebook for example was absolutely full of prominent Labour (or anti Tory) stuff, but neither the Tories nor their supporters seemed to be posting anything.

Yep, lots of pretty nasty stuff flying around, more from the left than the right on my feeds it seems. I've kept out of giving opinions on all political discussions on social media in the run up, and not going to start now. It was the same over Brexit.
Yep same here.......was working in a local bank branch and we were asked by the council. Flat fee, go hime when you're done. Actually great fun. The 'scrutineers' were mostly bellends though.
