    Murray red (and appeal)

Blatantly deliberate in my opinion. He knew if he quickly ducked Stockdale wouldn't have seen it in time to save and it would have been a goal. Any other area of the pitch and he moves his head slightly to one side to avoid getting hit in the face.

    Murray red (and appeal)

Yes you can, and yes it would be there games in this instance for dangerous play. You can get a straight red while on a yellow and get a one match ban (.e.g Murray today if he was on a yellow already).

    Murray red (and appeal)

It's one for a straight red unless it's dangerous or reckless. Never two unless they've already had a ban. Before anyone argues, it was a red. It's quicker to duck than raise your hands and therefore he could have avoided being hit in the face if he wanted to duck.
