I agree. You could fake to punch someone, then nick the ball off them when they recoil. You got the ball and they didn't get hurt. But it's obviously a foul. Going in with two feet is basically a less ridiculous version of that.

I also enjoy the fact that, before that huge losing streak was the El-Hadk Diouf game where he scored a pen, got a red card for his celebration, they then threw the game away and he was STILL suspended against us the following season! (the last time they won)
