No you haven't. You said you'd have taken a point, I pointed out that taking a point in games like that would not see us finish top 2. You replied (and this must be the answer you refer to) "We do not have a right to three points at clubs that have Championship pedigree. And anyone that thinks...
So you've still go absolutely nothing to add to your argument? I say 'add', you haven't actually put forward an argument at all, just childish responses like 'oh dear' and 'facepalm'.
We got a point, it's better than nothing, we move on.
But just for those that would take a point away to a poor team:
Last year:
23 home games, 50 points = 2.17 average
23 away games, 39 points = 1.7 average
Yeah I understand perfectly. The concept for settling for a point away to a lower half team is a stupid one for a team aiming for top two, but you don't get it.
You seem incapable of even trying to present an argument, all you can say is 'oh dear '
You're wrong, and if you think I'm...
What's up, have you realised you're wrong?
It is a fact that we won't get 69 points from home. We've already dropped points at home. So we need more than 23 points away from home. We're already doing better than a point a game away from home because, thankfully, we don't settle for 1 point away.
Top 3 or top 4.
Over the course of the season, we need to hope for more than a 1 point average away from home, so settling for a point against any but the very top teams is not smart.
A right? I didn't say anything about a right to 3 points.
Who said we had a right?
Carry on what, correcting you? If you think this is bedwetting, please highlight my offending post. That's right, you can't.
Of course it's not easy to get the 3 points, we were 6-4 against to do that, so chances...
No, it isn't. Before today we averaged 2.3 points away from home against teams outside the top few. That's what's put us in a good position. That's 8 points more than 1 point a game. If we had only got a point in those away games, we'd be on the same points as Birmingham and Shefwedlol would be...
A combination of us playing better at home and creating more chances, and coincidence. I'd like to bet that his away goals:home goals ration increases over the rest of the season.
