Yes. A wider issue, but doesn't change the fact neither the ref or linesman gave it regardless of whether they saw it.
If you give a penalty for every bit of shirt pulling, they'll be 5-10 pens a game.

Yes, there would be an outcry, but rightly or wrongly it is part of the game. As per my previous post it seems to come down to restriction of movement.

Though, I would understand that Bristol City felt aggrieved by the ref, Tomlin went down at every opportunity and got nothing. Strong and correct refereeing for me.
For sure, but lets be honest, that was a really poor decision.
These days there seems to be an acceptance that shirt pulling goes on, it seems to be when it restricts movement that it gets penalised. Wilbrahams was not restricted at all and just went down.
