Sounds as if you think a system whereby he gets his course paid for, plus housing and maintenance for his family while English youngsters (or their parents) have to pay up to £9000 a year for tuition fees and pay for their own accommodation is right?

OK, it's the Daily Mail and all that, but it really shouldn't be happening. No evidence that even after his degree, that the scrounger will earn enough to support his family.
