Rooney has now issued a statement that the story is untrue and the players fully backed Roy and they were just totally shit with no excuses. He didn't say the last bit but its implied from the first bit.
Sterling won the penalty and if the morons had put a decent shift in and played like international footballers it would have been fine. It's almost a though they decided they weren't going to try so that they could get rid of Hodgson.
Sky sources saying Hodgson lost the dressing room before the match because:
1. They didn't want to play 4 3 3 and
2. Senior players didn't want Sterling in the side.
WTF! I guess these overpaid w@nkers don't want a manager. They'll just pick their own team, decide on their own tactics and...
I'm on the Big Sam bandwagon. I want to see him drilling the defence for 6 hours a day until they learn how to defend throw ins and corners. We need a manager who can turn a bunch of disinterested, untalented f***wits into a decent team where the team is much better than the sum of it's parts...
On the basis that the FA have refused to even interview him previously he must be the best man for the job. I say give it to Sam and see if he can get the f***ers organised, especially the defence. Maybe he can find a decent keeper too.
