The trouble with adding green walls and green roofs and curved roofs is that the development would quickly become unviable. A green roof would cost thousands a year to maintain on its own.
I can't believe someone on a Planning Committee didn't know that the term for a plan of the facade is an elevation plan.

The draft city plan includes proposals to extend Churchill Square down to the seafront to include a hotel and more retail outlets. The facilities at the Brighton Centre will be moved to a new conference centre at Black Rock.

Falmer Parish Council are not objecting to the hotel**application BH2015/03285. We would however like to express our disappointment with the bland architecture and bland landscaping. The stadium is**iconic in design and deserves something more special alongside it.
