Aiming to go and see Arrival this week. Tho with limited expectations. With very few exceptions, movies that make it into your local cinema turn out to be invariably TRITE. Picturehouses chain are far from exempt from that sweeping generalisation. IMHO, like.

Quite. Even if they were vegetarian pizzas, it's the thin end of the veg.

In the movie theatre itself? Not exactly conducive to enjoying a film, being subjected to other people's stinky food. It's bad enough on the train.

Won't even ATTEMPT to add to MB's most excellent appraisal of The Revenant other than to add a resounding... THIS. WITH KNOBS ON. Fully deserving of all the Oscars about to come it's way. 9/10.
