You've clearly missed the point I was making - you claimed that the Outers claim opinion as fact - which some do - but the implication in the way you stated it was that the Inners don't do so, which of course some do.

Although Edward Heath did admit in an interview AFTER the referendum that the aim was always complete political and fiscal union. He said the pro camp didn't push this fact because they knew the British would never vote for that. So basically those that voted were conned.
