I've now completely changed my view on this. You're complicating things. I said that I think 84 points would be enough for automatics. Goldstone (and, earlier, you) disagreed. That means that I'm saying that the third place team will get 83 points, or less.
On this at least Triggaaar is being cleverer than the both of us. He's right, I think, but I can't quite explain how/why. But can we agree that the aim of it is that it's a curiosity and at least one of us gives some money to REMF.

My heart doesn't think about such things. My brain tells me that we need 20-25 points to stay up, and that we'll get them, but that's not guaranteed. I've also just posted this on another thread:
