I work in Seaford some days, it takes about 2 minutes to drive to from Seaford to Denton roundabout, then 10 minutes + to get onto Brighton Road.

A259 already is bumper to bumper at certain times of the day, and not just when the bridge opens. The one way system and the B&Q roundabout are a complete balls up, not sure what the answer is but a rethink is needed if these homes are built.
