Maybe, but he's not a patch on Man U midfielders of the past and isn't the answer if you want to win the league or Champions League. Don't get me wrong, I have no love for Man U, but I think they would be crazy to get rid of LVG.

Can't see them getting rid regardless of where they finish this season. Man U are a team in 3 stages at the moment, bit of Fergie, bit of Moyes and a bit of Van Gaal in terms of players that are in the squad. Would expect him to have a clear out in the summer and buy some defenders for starters...
