Is there a points deduction for receivership ? I thought that penalty was for administration, which this doesn't seem to be. Don't receivers just try to sell assets of a company ? If so, surely all they will do is put the football club up for sale.

Can the receivers of this holding company then call in the receivers / administrators to the football club ?

What is the difference between calling in Receivers, and going into Administration ? Or are they the same ? Or do the receivers then, likely as not, put the football club into administration ?
