No - you're the one missing the point - the school in question has stopped serving pork not because Muslims demand they do so but because of cost issues associated with certain pupils not eating pork.
I think you'll find that many schools with a substantial number of Catholic pupils don't serve...
You can rest easy - the population of non-Muslims has increased by at least 4 times that figure over a similar period. The difference in numerical terms between the two groups is therefore widening :)
Nobody could stop your family from making a request that the Muslim body be moved - no more likely to happen mind you than that the non-Muslim body be moved in this case.
