I really liked this film, absolutely bizarre but very enjoyable.

No, same for me. I know I am in a massive minority but I was bored after 5 minutes and looked at my watch. Explosions, guns and more explosions just do not interest me at all.

Totally agree US. How he degenerates physically scene by scene is breathtaking. The score (especially the final track) left a lump in my throat. Best film I have seen in a long time, Redmayne simply must win awards for this.

I just like films about characters and dialogue. Explosions, car chases and fight scenes bore me to tears. Horses for courses I guess.

Errm, isn't that kind of the whole point, it is a depiction of suburban life, the monotony of family life along with some of the difficulties of growing up. I thought it was absolutely superb.
