I have my plants in a heated propagator in my fairly cool utility room and once the seeds had sprouted I have turned off the heat. If you leave it on, the plants get very leggy and are susceptible to "damping off".

Doing very well this year. Too many (49 plants) in fact to look after properly!
I've only taken 2 chillies off the plant so far, but hundreds will be ready soon.
I've had problems before with tomatoes in the greenhouse - when you water the plant, make sure you don't splash water on the fruit or leaves - that's where the blight started for me.
