We have had a duck in the freezer for ages that we have not got round to eating so thats the choppers sorted. Just need to find a really good quality game gravy to go with it. I suppose gravy is the way to go because of the veg but I prefer a sauce like orange or plum. Sadly hoisin is a total no no.
