I'll also add that from what I can gather, Paul Barber is very, very adept at securing very good deals for the Albion when it comes to add-ons for player sales. Things like: - £X if you stay up - £Y if you get relegated but get promoted again

Yes, but I can't really say. I am very confident that the deal will have been worth over £10m to us by the end of this season.
