Yes they should - It may be difficult to do anything meaningful which is legal. I'm not sure they will be allowed to say he is not allowed to work having served his sentence for example.

Dictionary definition of remorse...'deep regret or guilt for a wrong committed'. He doesn't feel he has committed a wrong so clearly doesn't feel he needs show remorse. Bandwagon Milliband should understand that.

100% agree. Clubs will not be allowed to openly refuse him work on the basis of most of the arguments on the thread, although many will look past him.
