Be interesting in the House of Commons Bar after a few bevvies!!
Lucas was clever in giving up the leadership to Benno. It gave the pretence that the Greens were not a one person party and Lucas could canvass BP on her record and not the Greens national agenda. If she had to defend their manifesto it may have been a different result, although to be fair 8000...
last night I had a nightmare that Ann Widdicombe was dancing in my bedroom naked mumouring ' kiss me big boy' I awoke thinking things could never get worse!
How wrong was I.....
Like it or not in 1997,2001and 2005 the Labour party won a majority (incl 2 wacking great landslides). When was the last time a Tory party won a majority? a long time ago. Even in 2010 the Labour party looked tired and had an unelectable leader, yet still the Tory party could not win a majority...

Why would the Tories go into a partnership with UKIP? I honestly will be surprised if UKIP get more than two MPs. Farage is a ticking bomb, most political parties would distance themselves from him. I really cannot see any partnership with UKIP.
