[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

Almost a contradiction ??? Not really good enough to have a chance through the playoffs really.

Not convinced about the injuries excuse being overblown, and I'm not sure what players he could have got more from, do you have any names to go with that?

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

Wasn't that clever I was being sarcastic :lolol: No it wasn't me who said we should have won the league last year or even said he cost us promotion, apparently the clackers did  Have you forgotten all the injuries we have had this season CMS, Hoskins, Orlandi, Buckley, Ulloa, Crofts...

Nice one very clever, I don't remember putting my full stop there. My comment went on for two paragraphs explaining my thoughts so there was nothing sweeping about it. Why don't you actually expand on or debate what I actually said intsead coming back with a "Cheating Statement" out of context Jeez

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

I don't believe Oscar made any mistakes and he had no choice but to adjust to our weaknesses. When Lopez had a run of games Buckley, Oralndi and KLL were all out. Ince had been injured since Hull, and Solly isn't the finished article. It is too easy being a critic saying we should have played...

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

Yep, I just feel disappointed that the last four months has been a facade and we should not have been kept in the dark about Oscars position. We could have still enjoyed the final end of the season knowing the truth. Now it just feels like it was all a big fat lie.

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

That's the trouble, there have been various versions. We have heard the "Someone pivotal was abroad and unobtainable" and "Garcia wasn't interested in meeting him and only wanted to see him when he turned up to training" and then there is "Jones and Garcia met with Grabban and he was excited...

But you can buy players like Grabban for £1m and sell them for £3m +, I have said in this thread FFP is as much about making money than saving it. There is no point buying players that no one else wants, you have to buy players who will be well sought after later. Grabban was one of these and if...

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

Yep that layer of authorisation has been very costly. When you have 25,000 + fans turning up every home game and great away support hoping for success, it is a massive failure, and the knock on effect might rear its head with lower attendances next season because we now know that the club is not...

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

The thing is when you buy a quality player they become an asset not a loss if you pick them up at the right price. We could have got Grabban for £1m and if we didn’t get promoted he could have been sold if another club came in for him. I think Cardiff have offered £3m for him so to me it would...
