My understanding of it is that the NIMBYs have to PROVE the suitability of another site. Their first task will be to find one. I've gone from rage, despair, swearing at the radio to feeling quite happy. Fully agree with SCR who got EVERYTHING wrong. Frigging tinpot station was in such a rush...- Bwian
