I'm sure that's the case too. However, OP's quote is very misleading. When I first read it I thought all the players we've targeted (Andrews, Obika, Stephens, Grabban) were flagged by Oscar, and Burke has set out to get them. Looking at the start of the quote makes me think this isn't the case...

This quote is very out of context. The way you've posted it, it sounds like Oscar tells Burke who he wants, and Burke goes out to try and get that man. If you look at the first part of the sentence this doesn't appear to be the case: "We have a brief from Oscar and produce a list of players who...
