No billionaire sits on a pile of cash like Scrooge McDuck! It is either invested in businesses, who employee people, pay wages and generally fuel the economy. Or it's sat in a bank earning interest, which the bank pay because they have invested the money in businesses who pay wages etc etc...
If you look at my original post (#77) where I did the maths you will see that I referenced 19,000 as "extreme" because I was specifically referring to the lazy journalism of someone turning 913,000 visits into "more than one million people".
I am not saying and never had said that it is a fact...
Fair enough - good job you're not a politician then, because the solution for 913,000 single-use visitors would be radically different to that for 19,000 habitual users and if you can't see the difference then there's fat chance you could offer a reasonable solution.

Its not 1 million as per the headline, its just over 900,000. So some gratuitous exaggeration there straight away!
