That's a bit harsh we can't all afford the more expensive seats - i'm happy as we've moved to W1I but a bit higher up and hopefully a better atmosphere to current seats W1A. Rang in with just a 5 min wait in the end. V competent youngster on the phone.

Well this is a nice little earner for the club....... not able to even get through to the queuing stage on the 0844 number but I guess there's a minimum charge connection fee each time I try.......
