Agreed he has been really poor but he isn't a lone striker type of player and I don't think Lita up front on his own is the way forward as he is not a target man either. A straight swap does not solve the problem of our strikers being too isolated from the midfield.

I would personally bring Lita on for Ince to put two up front then bring March on for Barnes after 60 minutes if he hasn't improved
