Both the Univeristy Of Brighton & Sussex University have significant amounts of visiting lecturers, contractors, partners, Students, academic conference goers etc staying in Brighton hotels at any one time. I can't see the hotel having less than 50 guests at any one time. Very good idea IMHO and...
