'Nothing wrong' is hardly a glowing endorsement of the place, and it's not a city.
If I was the OP, I'd be looking to move to Bristol or Bath, which are both very nice cities. But then generally prefer to live in a city or large town rather than a village.
Sure it has nice parks. It lacks...
I mentioned Swindon because it would take a similar time to commute to Bristol as it would from Trowbridge, despite being further away. It would cost more in fuel I suppose.
I'm not sure there's actually any part of Wiltshire that is within 20 miles of Bristol. Trowbridge is 30 miles away and according to Google about 45+ minute drive. It takes me about 45 minutes from Swindon because it's just along the M4. Not that I'd recommend Swindon.
