The "potential" of our players needs upping. None ever worth using in a few years when in the Prem, which I feel is annoying and pretty unrealistic. Can see Bridcutt and some of the young 'uns having the potential to be up there. Apart from that, I think Orlandi, JFC and Barnes are underrated on it
