I think we need to be sensible here. Questionning, sensibly, what services the club offers to supporters and how they offer them is entirely jusifiable. Trying to stir up problems for our own club with a third party or regulatory body is going a bit far, I think.

It's been changed already. There's no version history, no change log and no announcement about the change. It all feels a little bit underhand.

Agreed - this is the second time this has happened - the first being the cost of a replacement season ticket/smart card. That supporters have to point out the club is going against their own charter, and then the charter being changed to suit, really does make it appear to be a worthless document.
