So in your view it is okay for gus to wait on a payout from the club whilst his agent has talks with other clubs for him to move to in breech of the contract the club is expected to honour and meet its financial obligations?
Maybe be totally different here, but whenever we have scheduled a hearing we check holidays etc and give a date in writing a set number of days hence, usually seven, and ask the other party to confirm okay etc. How do we get to the stage that the meeting was set for today only to be changed at...
Either way I am pretty fed up with it whether the club have been unrealistic in trying for the meeting today or if gus is just stalling because he can.
Like you say if poyet was aware of this hearing in time and did not attend then it looks bad from his perspective. But the club are not without fault. I was onside originally with time and confidentiality but 4 plus weeks and no end in sight and the saga affecting next season plans as it must...
