He has probably hit the ceiling with Peterborough (to coin a Gus phrase!) tbf the best they could ever be is a top div 1/bottom third championship club (he did keep them up last season).

Agree, you could see it that he has acheived more than Poyet.
Preston is blot on his career although they have not done any better since he left.
